The Ashfield Engage recruitment process
As part of our cultural commitment to not only valuing our staff but also offering an inclusive and transparent workplace, we wanted to offer some advice to potential candidates on what you can expect from us during the recruitment process. Whilst each team, role, and local market will function in a slightly different way, the core of our recruiting process remains the same:
- Official communication – Our recruiters will only ever contact you through an Ashfield Engage email and will arrange a telephone or virtual conversation using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We will never contact you from a free email service such as Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail. Our team also will not use Skype, Google Hangouts, or Telegram at any point in the process.
- Specific job descriptions – The Ashfield Engage recruitment team will always be specific when discussing a potential role within the business. Job offers will also come from someone you will already know and will never be “too good to be true” or offered without an interview.
- Never asking for money for sensitive personal information – During the pre-employment stage, we will never ask for personal information including bank details, a social security number, or photo identification such as a passport. There are also no circumstances in which a candidate will be requested to make any monetary payments, either during the hiring process or for equipment after an offer.
If you ever have any concerns regarding the process, or you’d like a little more peace of mind, feel free to contact us here and our team will be in contact with you.

Nareda Mills
Coming to Ashfield with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in clinical settings, Nareda began her Ashfield journey as a Clinical Nurse Educator in 2008. In the span of 12 years, Nareda has had 8 promotions that have led to her current role – Global President of Patient Solutions.
An incredible example of how Ashfield recognizes and nurtures top talent, we have been fortunate to have Nareda’s journey as part of our journey; and now, to steer the Patient Solutions organization across the globe.

Justin Kress
Prior to joining Ashfield, my background was in retail management. When I began my career at Ashfield, I joined as a Healthcare Communicator in 2010, supporting patients and other callers on behalf of our clients. Two years after joining Ashfield and after supporting several different clients, I received a promotion into a Team Leader position.
From that time, I moved into many different positions of increasing responsibility, and am now a Business Unit Director, responsible for overseeing the operations, training, and quality for several different teams.

Anthony Morrione
Anthony started with Ashfield in 2018 as an Inside Sales Representative and in a matter of months, began his progression through multiple key roles in the Commercial business. In addition to his inherently “can-do” attitude, Ashfield’s culture and leadership styles lend themselves to flexible career pathways.
“Take a seat, then get invited to the table… Ashfield leadership is open to opinions, set in a casual and open environment and that takes performance seriously.”

Kenza Assous
After graduating Temple University with a degree in Communications, I joined Ashfield in August 2013 as a Recruitment Associate with the HR/Recruiting department. The two years spent in Recruitment was a wonderful introduction to the company as well as the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical space. I built new programs, managed existing headcount, and built a network of highly qualified healthcare professionals. From there, I transitioned into a Client Account Coordinator role where I managed the operative tasks relative to our clinical educator field force and eventually was given a Senior title.
After spending a few years in a Coordinator role, I was promoted to Associate Client Account Manager where I now focus on program efficiency and implementation. Ashfield is full of opportunity, invaluable experiences, and lasting partnerships.
